Communication Retreats

Purpose: To raise your level of communication with the people in your life!

This month Sedona Sacred Journeys is focusing on Communication. Communication with people is perhaps the most important aspect of our lives.  When you are in your true-self you naturally communicate beautifully but life experiences overshadow this innate ability.  We allow our thinking to influence how we communicate to people as opposed to our natural wisdom.

The Vortexes in Sedona are a powerful and sacred place to create an event to re-find your true self and your natural communication skills. Each retreat is customized to your budget and schedule and the areas in your life where you feel you need to communicate at a higher level.

Retreats will focus on the following:

• How low moods effect our thinking and thus how we communicate
• The importance of deep listening in conversations.
